What has been working for my for Detoxing is Buteyko Breathing.

When I started going through the cleansing reaction, I started having multiple bowel movements per day, and they are darker and stinkier.

It increases oxygen to all of your cells, so everything starts to work better and detoxification starts to occur.

I might actually add Chlorella as well for a while.
