Cod liver and olive oil

Try something unusual to help your tastebuds for dark green foods- I soaked my feet in olive oil after a bath. My skin was still a little soft. I took two plastic freezer bags, pulled them over my feet, poured in about two to three tablespoons of oil in each bag, and then pulled on old socks over the bags, and let them soak for about 15 minutes.

It was odd. My right pinkie toe popped a little outwards and relaxed (a tense muscle relaxed) and I started to be a little dizzyhappy. I had a much increased appetite for olive oil and dark green veg after that.

Go after cod liver oil, fermented or unfermented. Don't buy fish oil capsules, most of them are rotten and useless. Mix the cod liver oil with an acidic juice like orange or lemon, swill it in your mouth, and nurse it gently down, or have it with food.

It's best after a handful of peanuts or a tender chicken breast for the niacin to help you absorb the oils for your nerves.

Niacin is one of the most important moves you can make for your neurons. It is a direct fungicide (yeast and parasite killer), dilates blood vessels (allows your liver to eliminate bad cholesterols and toxins faster), and speeds your metabolisim. It's only sold in 30mg capsules where I live (full-flushing niacin, non-depot tablets, NOT niaminicide OR Inositol hydroxblabla.) If you want to use a niacin-rich food directly, look up coffee colonics. Read carefully, and start on it only if you have a salt-water broth to sip alongside. Using that though..

Uhhrr.. It's like applying grease to your gears. *grin* Muscles and tendons relax, the heart beats a little faster, the liver dumps bile (look at clays like Bentonite for this), and in my case.. well, the first time, my hindbrain was so hungry, I had major neuron shivers.

Just repeating what I've learned from my friend Faith. :)
