sounds to me like you could really use some mineral broth.
That's just broth made with all kinds of vegetables, throwing in the skins too of garlic and onion (which have lots of good things) --everything just rough cut, and slow and low-cooked. You could curezone search schulz mineral broth, or just wing it. It's not rocket science, by any means, but IS pretty fabulous nutrition. I would def. start on some good nutritional yeast and blackstrap molasses too, maybe in a morning oatmeal, with some coconut oil, if that appeals, once you get back on solid food. Personally, I think green juices or just blended greens, avocado, parsley, chard, kale, cilantro... are what your body might be wanting, more than fruits, after a few days, given the history you've shared.



And for rebuilding myelin (nerve) sheathes, sunflower seeds. It's the lecithin--also great for restoring the liver. Raw, soaked, blended into a pate, rolled up in a chard leaf---delicious. This you can curezone search, also.
