Re: Day 26- (Feet and neurons)

The plant enzymes really are the most powerful help out there when it comes to digestion. I'm a little in love with the idea of ACV, when it comes down to it!

Don't worry too much about the numb feet, you're straight on the right track for healing 'em up. A forum freind on PMs has been guiding me to go for niacin-rich foods while healing up some detox-related neuropathy too- they help with candida and those general issues, and the foods are packed rich with the good sort of fats. That's stuff like peanuts, chicken..

Hmm.. Do you like avacados? I snack on them fresh when I want to go buy a treat. ;)

I can link you to a PDF I made some two years ago when first investigating the sunlight vitamin (D3) and how it interacts with the health of neurons and myelin sheathes. It could be an interesting read for you (One page with illustrations). Namely, D3 allows neurons and glial cells to function naturally and regenerate. It has to do with how they absorb nutrients. Of course, any info you find here on Curezone on sunlight will explain the same in a more complete fashion, so it might be a good idea to look it up. ;)

And glad to be a co-conspirator in fasting. -Mew
