The candida just went away with regular deworming herbs. I never really focused on candida. I certainly had my share with bad dandruff, white coated tongue and female discharge type issues.

I love H Clarks bowel cleanse. This usually restores any bugs in the stomach in a few days to 1 week.

2 turmeric caps and 2 fennel caps with each meal
2 betaine hydrochloride with each meal
2 digestive enzymes with each meal
6 drops of Lugols in 1/4 cup water for salmonella
Cascara Sagrada before bed if constipation is a problem
Do this daily for at least a week.

After a week on this a 30-60 day parasite cleanse to get the parasites in the small intestine where most of them happily live.
I am kind of hard core as I battled a bad ascaris, fluke and Tapeworm infestation.
3/4 tspn Wormwood with each meal
3/4 tspn freshly ground cloves with each meal
2 tablspns of green Black-Walnut tincture twice per week
3 cloves of freshly chopped garlic with supper. Start with half dose and work your way up.

After 30 days you can use other herbs like cat's claw, olive leaf powder, elecampane, pau d'arco, etc. I will make a combo and use 3/4 tspn with each meal.

I just use bulk herbs from Mountain Rose. Much cheaper than buying the capsules.

Stir through your stool each day to see what it is you are dealing with. Use a chopstick or a long wooden shishkabob.

water enemas to help with die-off.
