Interesting your symptoms showing up some hours later. I would think reactive.

A nasty test. First and second times I had it done . . . a long time ago ( 1980s) only after half hour after drinking that sickening sweet drink, I got so sick, nausiated, shaking, sweating, horrible.
Mine was a flat curve. 76 fasting, than the four blood draws after that, one every hour, after the first hour blood reading was 115, than the next 2-3 draws were in the 70s.
In reality, the reading, even in the normal ranges, are not conclusive evidence of hypoglycemia, Symptoms far outway for a diagnosis. One reasaon why I don't go along with all the testing in the conventional medical field.
