Post 3: GGT - crashing after 3 hours on Glucose Tolerance Test
Hey,
I realised I had a 4th standalone question, and kinda messed up the posting order but that's cool. It's been a while and not shocking to be out of practive posting.
So, I did the GTT recently, and blood
Sugar was normal after 2 hours. But after 3 hours I had a full on hypoglycemic crash. I'm used to sleepy lows in the afternoon (or after too much sugar), but not the shakes, confusion etc.
I know I have hypoglycemia but looking for a little advice on what TYPE. I had thought reactive, but really not sure. And once I know what type what to do about it that worked for others. Or didn't work.

Thanks for answering some or all for the questions. As I said, I tried splitting the questions up so that searchers could find info thereafter. These are ones I couldn't find good answers to online, so pass it on, ya know?
And overall life is still really sweet. There really is life after AF; I just hit some road bumps, and that's ok too. I know how to get better really (rearrange life to take afternoons off to rest for the next week or two, thereby not requiring my body to give energy when it has none), but I'm more curious how and why I hit the road bumps. I guess now that I had to become my own health detective, it's hard to switch that off :)
Adios!
A+
