You know my Toxic Hunger symptoms would come on about 2-3 hrs after my last meal. The symptoms mimicked hypoglycemia to a "T".
Hearing you say your glucose levels were normal at the start and 2 hrs later makes me wonder if you actually suffering from Toxic Hunger symptoms instead.
I highly recommend you get a home glucose meter and start monitoring your blood Sugar levels for a couple of days, especially when you feel like you are crashing to see what your levels actually are at the time.
I've been free of those hypoglycemic-like symptoms ever since and it only took about 3 days juice fasting to heal me of them and adopting an 80-10-10 diet so they've never come back.
