Interesting question. So the test was done in a lab. But it was the 2 hour test, and only had the blood Sugar tested at the start and at the end. So the crash came 2.45 hours after the start, when I was at a restaurant trying to get a meal. If not for the very slow service, I may have missed this one.

The blood Sugar numbers were normal range at the start and 2 hours later. I don't know the exact numbers, but I will find out later this week during my ND appointment.

Any and all advice respected and appreciated. My blood Sugar cravings can be absolutely freaking crazy.
