I recommend to Blistering fate, to undertand that we are probably on this forum because our bodies don't handle Sugar and fat properly and it's allowed to accumulate in the liver. Opt for very low fat protein and the lowest Sugar fruits in strict low qtys. Sugar will get in the way of bodybuilding for sure...from bananas etc. Pokermaniac will agree. He is against fructose but for low fat also. I tried high protein for years, then fruitarian for a few trials. The plan that worked and gave a sustained recovery was high veg. high carbs . very low fat n sugar. More power to you if your gut can handle all of the grains. I like roots better personally.
