Uuuuh actually yes of course I have tried amaranth... it came out compacted but NOT digested if you know what I mean. Stools of pure amaranth! Only my sluggish, aluminic, mercurial colon could produce such freaks.
In any case, carbs, we need them. Maybe I will ponder about grains and will consider switching to potatoes, legumes etc. For now, im feeling well on these. I have a moderate case of leaky gut with many food intolerances .
