How carbs saved my bony ass
I have gained 900 grams in 9 days. Now I am 57,8 kgs, 9 days ago I was 56,9 and I was seriously weakened and paranoid. I did this by eating quinoa, millet etc two times per day and increasing my daily calories to 1500. Its the Wilson diet but with double the carbohydrates. I am out of Anorexic Lands and feeling stronger. It seems 4 grams of Kelp per day are making a difference in my hypothyroidism symptoms, my extremeties are warmer and yesterday did some weights for first time in months. Infrared sauna and
coffee enemas are suspected to be helping too ;)
I want to thank Anthony87 for emphasizing to me the importance OF CARBOHYDRATES in a healthy diet. I almost died because of months of paleo diet, or mostly meat, fish and veggies diet. I was eating fruits and nuts infrequently too but those are a poor source of carbs and they are bad food in general IMO. Proof its that I dont digest them much, they appear in the toilet almost intact. Hard to digest and with dubious nutritional characteristics = bad for most of Curezoners.
What I want and NEED to say its this: WHOLE GRAINS ARE GOOD, YOU IDIOTS. Haha. Excepting wheat etc of course!
I hope this helps somebody to understand extreme diets sucks and will make you sicker and anorexic. If they are good for something, its for limited periods to kill candida along with an intensive antifungal protocol and for speedy weight loss (SPEEDY). Recovery its impossible if you are weakening even further you body trough bad nutrition. Eat the three groups always, fats, carbs and protein. Thats the sacral core in which you should base any diet. If you have fatty liver, reducing fats for a while its fine I guess, I dont know much about that.
PD: My ass its bony, literally. I used to have a flaccid ass strangely present in my skinny, vaguely muscular body, but lately the flesh was lessening and the coxis bone was protouding. Sitting was becoming painful! Scary.
