I did aajonus' diet for a few years circa 2001. I don't do it now.
Adrenals are strong now but I still have lung problems. Actually my adrenals are the strongest part of my body now ironically. I had a death in the family last year and took a 20 hour plane ride to a funeral with no sleep for days and they stayed rock solid. At this point I would have to literally devise a complicated plan to knock my adrenals out.
Aajonus is a bit extreme but I think he has his place in the scheme of things. I still feel a strong difference between cooked animal foods and raw, but not the vegetables.
The main problem with the aajonus diet is that the cleansing reactions can be so extreme. But once you try the raw fats I think the difference is pretty obvious. Also the guy is a bit tunnel-visioned as he thinks food is the only medicine that exists.
