I see! I have been poisoning myself, yet again. Olive oil and other vegetable oils become toxic when fried I am reading. In my family using virgin olive oil for frying have always been the healthiest thing. Ironic. How sad really the disinformation being succesful among the defenseless population. Bottom line its we have been ingesting fried vegetable oils for decades in my home... f***.
The positive side! Now I know what oils use for frying etc thanks to you. And from today my diet will be even more healthy without oxidized, toxic oils.
But doesnt Dr Wilson advices against coconut oil? But its probably the one I can purchase in this city. I doubt I can get unpasteurized butter or the others around here. I can always buy them on the internet...
