well i mean it will go away eventually. But what that lady ND had told me was that you have to keep repleneshing with electrolytes. That day that i had that episode with the coffee enemas i took double of the electrolytes.

If i had called the ER or an ambulance that's probably what they would've done. They would've seen that i was shaking and consider giving me electrolytes via I.V. This is what they do for Addison's patients along with a shot of Solu-Medrol to save their lives.

Low cortisol patients (as i'd like to call it) can be treated similarly to Addisonian patients in the case of a crisis. I've never had an adrenal crisis though, it's my biggest fear.

That brain fog when your detoxing is PSYCHO MAN, it just feels like ur going to go insane, BUT YOUR NOT ok, it just feels that way. I really can't advise you to keep going or stop, it's beyond me, i would ask myself that same question and call my ND and she would tell me to just stop and that we would come back to it later
