Yea dude, i think sometimes we tend to panic. Focusing our attention on other things has the power to remove panic sometimes.
This may sound ridiculous but focusing on troubles with my ex helped me get my mind off of the symptoms. The downside is that lately i'm unaware of what's happening in my body because i've ignored things for so long.
However, i always tell myself "i never die, there's always close calls"
Anytime we experience something new with our bodies we get scared, panic sets in, and we feel impending doom. However, the 2nd time we feel it, or the 3rd then it becomes apparent we aren't going to die, but just are experiencing very uncomfortable symptoms.
