Re: My Story (I hope it gives people hope)

Congratulations! This story surely gives hope and good info. Getting the proper tests and someone to interpret them its the more important thing. I lost one year on the rhodiola, ginkgo or GABA path too. In that time I also lost time with secondary things like hormone or aminoacid tests (which were all just so screwed for my age). Those are simply markers of hidden causes such as parasites or dysbiosis or heavy metal toxicity or even PTSD. Too bad I didnt knew of stool tests when my parents were spending those assloads of money with testing and specialists lol now its not that easy.

Im very underweight too! 60 kgs with around 176-78 cm tall (not sure damn it, my posture its incorrect). I highly suspect parasites. Im trying a diet and protocol (nutritional balancing) for this, will be tracking your progress and hoping you start getting weight so I can copy your diet or protocol haha. Our diet its practically the same indeed. One last word on dieting, there are people who advocate that a diet of no carbs will make you unable to gain weight. I dont necessarily agree (I used to disagree but I dont know anymore). I have been on the meat-veggie-sardines-eggs-raw milk diet for one or two months now (with digestive enzymes, acid etc but only took them for 3 weeks and then got unmotivated because of the poor results) and I dont seem to be getting any weight.

PD: I like your hair lol
