Only time will tell, i only had my diagnosis a week and a half ago!
I've cut out anything processed from my diet, along with all carbs, and sugars
So breakfast consists of:
4-6 egg omlette, onions, 4 slices of bacon, avacaddo
then avacado whisked up with some almond flower for a snack
lunch - 3 pieces of chicken with lots of olive oil
etc.
the pattern is to find out the foods that don't make you brain foggy/depressed that have the highest fat/calorie content and eat LOADS! i'm aiming to get 3,500 cals a day
Weird how simillar our stories are, loosing weight for me is a pretty big issue/confidence knock
I've lost about 2 stone in the past year but if i start seeing gains this month i will report back!
