Over the years the things that made a noticable consant difference where - yoga, echinaccea (super high doses but the effect eventually wears off) and just keeping positive (stress adds to illness) Also limit yourself to how much internet research you do every day, because you can get in a constant stressed mindset, and not relax and let your body heal.
Diet also played a massive factor for me, if i eat anything sugary, or high starchy, it brings on brain fog/anxiety in a big way, i sometimes feel like it robs me of my personality.
I have only been on the acid supplements and low carb diet for a week and a half now, but i'm actually feeling slightly stronger each day. Yesturday i pushed myself and jogged 3 miles, which is more than i have in months.
Saying this however i feel it is important you go through Dr. Myhill and get a stool sample before you just try these things, as you may have a different diatary requirment or supplement need taylored for yourself, if you do the test through Dr. Myhill she will tell you which ones, and charge only £40 for her interpretation
I will be taking Kefir and saukraut after the
Antibiotics as they are the highest forms of natural probiotics there are, and much cheaper than probiotic supplements!
