When Cutler people use the word "dump" they are referring to a time 6-9 months after Amalgam removal when the organs are dumping Hg. It is associated with a temporary increase in symptoms, especially if the person if not chelating.

I was not able to increase my dose more than a few mg during that period. I was only taking about 20mg of chelators per dose--total--around that time.

So many have lost their cool, been too aggressive with dosing and crashed their adrenals or something. They then have to take weeks off for additional testing, often some adrenal meds, etc.
