Re: Mercury dump... means increase in symptoms, right?
Thanks for all the info.
I actually do eat coconut oil every day - a spoonful. I also sometimes do "oil pulling" in the morning before I eat breakfast (which includes the coconut oil). I had heard it had many health benefits - and oil pulling did help fix up my teeth so I could finally crunch ice cubes again without hurting myself - but I didn't know it helped with chelation or thyroid.
I'm on month 7, and my side effects now, 4 days after the end of my last "on" round, indicate that I'm definitely doing something with the mercury. I hadn't had side effects like this when off round for a many months now. This despite not having increased my ALA dose for 2 months.
I haven't even used DMSA at all, and maybe I will. I had just heard that ALA was the only thing you really needed. So for adrenals, I can't just take regular supplements sold locally? :/ There aren't supplements that help adrenals? I guess I may have to order that product if there is no other choice.
I am getting headaches, brain fog, more tired at night, stuff like that. Itchiness at times, increased hunger - these are reduced by taking Algin (sodium alginate), but still, it's crazy how much the symptoms have increased in the past week! If this isn't the big mercury dump that people say occurs after ~6 months, then I don't know what it is! I really hope that there's an enormous improvement once the dump is over. I'd like to feel very obviously better.
What was it like for you post mercury dump?
