Re: Mercury dump... means increase in symptoms, right?

I admit, the slow progress is frustrating. Not that I haven't made progress. I mean, within a month of starting chelation, I started having enough energy to go for walks several times a day instead of only one (during lunch at work), and the strong desire to go on these walks, despite it being winter (if the fact that it only snowed 3 times counts as "winter"!).

Still, "low and slow" people say, so I guess I'll have to. Do you think I should also go back to having 11 "off" days instead of 4? Or would it be okay to just reduce dose to 30mg and go every Saturday-Monday like I was before?

For the people who push doses agressively, do the problems go away after a while when they cut back?
