Re: Mercury dump... means increase in symptoms, right?

Another thing - it's Monday (when I'd normally be on my third and final day of a chelation round), and I'm getting symptoms like being warm in the head, cold in the head, shaky and hungry around lunch time, and such. But yesterday, I woke up at noon (I stayed up late the night before) and wasn't hungry at all, and felt fantastic, and ate lunch/breakfast at 1pm.

Does being off round for a long time produce side effects? I want to get back on round on 30mg. I'm not enjoying these side effects. These feel similar to my first mercury redistribution and/or chelation side effects when I first started.

Also, I read lists of adrenal fatigue symptoms, and I actually don't seem to have them, other than some increased stress (which tends to happen mostly on round anyway), and stuff that I had even before I started chelation (such as headaches). The symptoms that seem less like they could be anything, but instead adrenal fatigue specific, I don't seem to have. (That said, I am looking up adrenal fatigue supplements to see what may help)

However, I'm already doing some of the suggested things (taking a B-complex vitamin high in B6, taking magnesium supplements, having Sea Salt as part of my diet, exercise (walking, multiple times, if that counts)). Any advice?
