== If you are almost tolerating 50mg doses it sounds like you are progressing nicely. I wish I could tolerate such doses. I'm really sensitive to ALA. Thankfully I've still gotten nice gains on low doses, but that might be due to a significant lead problem. It seems that DMSA does a really nice job on it.
