Yeah, I'm on my off round (my on is Saturday-Monday; it's Thursday now), and I had a headache for a half hour, currently I have anxiety. I'd been having anxiety largely on my "on" rounds, chelation symptom I assume?

Also, despite being tired at 11pm and falling asleep earlier than usual, and not waking up in the middle of the night, I was still tired in the morning, and am tired now. Also related to chelation?

Do you think this is mercury dump time? Like I said, I hadn't been able to increase my dose for a few months. And I'm on month 7 of chelation. Tweet
