Re: Where do I even begin? I have adrenal fatigue, congested liver, possible hypoT/iodine deficiency, candida/parasites, heavy metals, digestion/elimination issues, and more.
Yay!! Thanks for considering my suggestions. I went to naturopaths for years.. and they too tried to address ''adrenals'' and another tried to heal the ''candida'', but once the guy decided he wanted to pull out the dangerous dioflucan (medication) to blast it, when I had already told hima bout how weak my liver already was, I decided to say adios.
I also grew up on meat, and used to even love eating it for breakfast. You need to watch this:

You won't want to eat meat after watching this documentary, and you'll realize just how much crap meat eaters are packing into their bodies and for us, our poor, precious livers!!!3
I am not in the New York City area unfortunately :P. I'm from Canada. I was really lucky to find a homeopath who came here from Germany less than a year ago. Homeopaths are much better than naturopaths in my opinion, and their treatment is much less expensive.
I paid two hundred bucks for the initial two and a half hour consultations : where she peels back the emmotional layers of the onion-you, and then she prescribes little pellets of a remedy. I only have to take three tiny pebbles every two weeks, and the die off reactions which are plentiful and rewarding, come and go.
Doing this vegetarian diet suddenly, like I said, has gotten rid of all the pain in my gallbladder and liver. Of course now, I'm having a worse detox break out because I have even more toxins breaking down that need to escape via the skin.. but hey it's worth it.
I should mention that all the little pellets were included in the session, and she agrees to work with me until I'm healed. Any time I need a new remedy it costs no more than four dollars. So yeah, I've saved way more. I got annoyed with dumping out hundreds of dollars every time I went to a naturopath who didn't really know what to do, who was constantly ''experimenting''.
So do some research. Find a good, reputable homeopath. This lady that I see, has made skeptics into believers, I was referred by two friends who she healed.
So.. find one!! I urge you to do this!! I don't know if I can do vegan right away, I'd just slowly start to remove meat items from your life. Dairy products are also very high in fat and hard on your liver. So limit those. Also, remember not to eat too much soy, since soy products contain loads of estrogen and can really screw up your homone levels.
I find it easy to do the vegetarian diet becasue I've already been eating loads of vegetables, nuts, my own homemade alternative bread made with different flours (arrowroot flour, brown rice flour etcetera), and rice etcetera. As long as you eat a nutrient rich vegetarian diet sans
Sugar (or just honey), you will thrive.
Best of luck.
