well you are asking all the right questions

-I had no idea the headaches and comptuer screen etc were all related--and for several years I have been going to eye doctors thinking it was my eyes (my father had very light sensitive eyes)

-in the last few years it would get to the point where I coldn't look at the computer for days--I couldn't read--(I need reading glasses so that complicated things) and I couldn't even watch tv-

-now in hindsight I think those symptoms were all caused by AF (but I have no proof of course)

--I am still very careful about how much time I spend on the computer and reading in general--

--I did go to 2 harvard trained doctors who told me regular doctors are trained monkies that don't think critically-but then they gave me a yeast and fungus kill combo that simply produced no good effects for me-

-they also prescribed DHEA and human growth hormone--the human growth hormone was extremely expensive and didn't do much-but the DHEA was very helpful--I was so low on that particular hormone that I couldn't take it--I had to open a capsule--and just dip my finger into it and take a tiny tiny bit-despite the tiny amount I took hours to fall asleep my feet would burn but then I started feeling better (I took selenium and vitamin E to protect my liver from the DHEA)

-I then tried some candida kill made by a Canadian company and they also produced some olive leaf capsules which are suppose to help kill fungus in the body created by candidas that escapes the gut and colon and spreads--at first they seemed to help but then over time they weren't really effective--

--then I tried Dr Natura Colonix-this was by far the most effective candida kill I found--one of my sons is a very consistent type guy--he took it saw results and took it consistently for 3 months--he actually got worse before he started getting better--but he knew it was working so he just wanted to keep it up regardless of side effects--

--a month after starting the colonix we started a new brand of olive leaf-the East Park d-Lenolate (which is expensive-we found the best price at Life Extension)--we started at 2 a day and moved up to 6--once my son felt he was better he went back down to 2 a day as a maintenance program--

--those would be the 1st two I would recommend--

--then a month ago we started taking Doctor Wilson's Adrenal Rebuilder-we started with 1 a day and built up to 3 (my son takes a adrenergize capsule by enzymatic therapy with it 2x a day)

--this has been the single supplment that has made the most positive difference as far as energy ability to cope with aggravation mental function--

--but you really CAN'T TAKE A BUNCH OF THINGS AT ONCE--then you don't know what you are reacting to--
