Re: 20 year old female- food intolerances, eczema, chronic diarrhea, etc.- beginning liver flushes
What's the birth control pill for exactly, some women take em for different reasons?!
Ensure that you're taking a RAW, whole-food based multivitamin to replete the draining minerals and vitamins from the birth control. If you decide to replete, make sure that the Vitamin E is RAW as well with at least 8 different tocopherols and tocotrienols.
If you can get off pharma meds 100%, that would be the most optimal choice.
I hope you know what you're getting into in your field.
On to your issues... thanks for posting a thorough history, it helps.
If you still have cold hands and feet, first thoughts are Raynaud's and/or hypothyroidism. Raynaud's is suspect due to history of GI
food sensitivities that potentially created an autoimmune issue, hard to tell without proper blood tests. If thyroid issues, then ensure there's no autoimmune issues prior to fixin' with thyroid supporting foods and/or supplements (there are other forums for that). Some women are prone to birth control circulatory problems and will have colder hands and feet. As you get older, birth control can only do more harm to circulation and create an environment more prone to blood clots, then emboli, and you know what happens when a clot is mobile - it will find a home somewhere else in the body like the lungs or brain for example. Anemia can also cause cold hands and feet, try eating iron rich foods - not supplements. Also, do you exercise regularly?!
Can't answer much on liver flushing, but hope it helps you.
