Thank you for your response!! I always can appreciate the empathy from people who have experienced the same things as me.. It is frustrating to be active and trying to live a healthy lifestyle and still not being able to change anything. I really want to end birth control but am concerned about my irregular periods and not finding a better form of protection. I hope to find a good alternative, but it will be a process I am sure. Thanks again for your response/suggestions!!
