No Enzymes or Antifungals. My doctor recommended Wobenzym which I purchased for $100 but didn't end up taking it longer than a week. Never was really sold on the idea because I always thought if I supplemented enzymes then my body would get even lazier producing them. I decided to strengthen my digestion with probiotics and these ones I'm taking are doing the job at killing the yeast. Each 1/4 teaspoon has 500mg of L-glutamine and I'm only taking it once every 3 days or so. Sometimes its 2 days sometimes its 4 days. I wait for the die-off to calm down then I take it again. I've heard of people taking way more than that but I think I'm responding really well to it and I've learned to just take my time.
By low Sugar I mean I don't ever put a spoon of Sugar in anything. I'll use agave nectar maybe once or twice a week..and not much of it..maybe a spoon in some pancake batter or whatever else i'm making. There's a little Sugar in the flaxmilk I buy and also the vanilla greek yogurt. It's not all that much..maybe a 5-20g serving every time I do it which is like I said...a couple times a week. That is what I consider low, just to not feel completely deprived and miserable. I find this small amount has got nothing on the probiotics. If the sugar is causing harm, I'm definitely not feeling it. In fact, I keep getting better
