When I was on the all greens diet, they were coming from greens. Greens are loaded with calcium.. I also ate eggs to get some protein and fat in, but found that it halted the die-off rate. Originally I ate all greens plus fish, but also found that it halted the rate of die-off.
Getting the colonies out is priority # 1 and if you have systemic candidiasis you have A LOT of colonies so be prepared to put some time into it.
The question is: are you going to eat a restricted diet and take probiotics and l-glutamine for the rest of your life? And what if you reach a plateau in your healing? Are you willing to go your entire life on a restricted diet? I sure as hell am not.
