no problem im happy to help :)
when were you told all your wisdom teeth were through? sometimes they can grow very late so the dentist might think they arent going to grow and tell you you have all your teeth.
An easy way to check is to count how many molars you have on the side with the lump. If you have 3 then the lump then it wont be a wisdom tooth if you only have 2 molars then it may well be an erupting wisdom tooth
definatly go to your dentist though you wont be able to get rid of this yourself
