Negatively charged nutrients such as amino acids cause an increase in acidity.This simply is as it is and it is both vegetative and animal.

Vegetative sources tend to have more positive charged nutrients making them more neutralizing.

Balance is the key,I like to add greens to my protein rich smoothies.

Designer proteins are designed with efficiency as top priority.Hydrolyzed Whey Protein is pre digested making it the best bio available protein to man.

This is good if used properly as in post work out.Exercising the window of opportunity to maximize one`s nutrition.Whey is mildly acidic to the human experience.

Protein synthesis is done inside the cell and as far as the chicken goes.You are kidding me.

Failure to thrive is seen in many different ways.B12,omega 3`s,aromatic amino acids.
