There are no 'wrong' experiences. Everything happens for a reason. Or to put it another way, all experiences are their own reason. Sometimes we feel discouraged when things don't go the 'right' way. But in actuality there is no 'right' way there is only our perception of the 'right' way. Our perception is skewed due to many reasons. When we fix our perception, we also fix the way we experience everything.
It is always healthy to examine ourselves and continue to ask yourself what is it that you truly want? Sometimes we think that we want certain things but the more we examine ourselves, our goals will change. The more that we align ourselves to our true intentions, the easier everything becomes and the more content we will be. The way to do this is meditation.
