Kristen thanks for posting this great to read how others are doing and what works for them



Most mornings I make a smoothie with protein, blueberries, homemade yogurt and chia seeds and the coconut oil. It holds me over the entire day



this sounds yummy how do you like the chia? im using ground flax seed right now but would be great to try somethign different too?


B pollen (1 teas. twice a day), max stress B (1/2 teas. twice a day),


never have tried the B pollen might just try that and the max stress B to reduce the number of B's im taking
