Re: My Iodine Journey - 2 years (Long)

What a wonderful collection of posts!
I have been lurking but I'm still here. I have been on Iodine for about 3 years, give or take. I am currently on 15 drops Lugol's (ran out of Trapper's SSKI ) plus companions - but I have kept the magnets on the bottle. All I know is that I feel good. This morning's exchange has prompted me to decide to increase my dose. I still get a crusty nose every so often, even after all this time (nose is wet and whatever it is that is running out dries up to a whitish crust)- my skin problems haven't resolved completely, but I am healthy and have a better outlook on things. Thank you, Wombat, Trapper and Vulcanel, for starting this. I love you!!
