not to be a party pooper but i didnt see selenium in there. you have been on Iodine long enough that your stores are probably down. you dont want to run out. selenomethionine only, of course. 200mcg a day should do it.
also, i noticed your Iodine dose is still low. i found new levels of benefits each time i went up in my dose. i know you are looking for consistency but i encourage you to explore some more before you content yourself with leaving things be.
