Get some AZO test strips and see if you have a UTI. that can cause urgency to pee and ratch up the bp. Also, if your urinary ph is not in range that can irritate and cause urgency to pee. There are ph test strips for that you can get at a health food store. The ph should be 6.5-7.0 and actually you don't want either endpoint, so maybe like 6.8. If your ph is below 6.5 you may need more Vitamin D (you should get a blood test) and if it is over 7.0 you may be getting too much Vitamin D (blood test can confirm also). I think you should get blood tests for D because there is something about urinary ph wrapping around - I am not sure it is always a reliable indicator (although it seems to be for me).
High Blood Pressure can damage your kidneys. Be careful. I may be wrong but I think pain means UTI though (kidney or bladder infection).
