Great idea! I'll start with some on my skin. I got some selenium that I'll begin taking too.

Well, it has been nearly 24 hours and I'm still having BP problems. It shoots up when I sit up, etc. Earlier I started feeling somewhat psychotic and delirious and my BP was 155/104. Still getting high readings.

That made me panic and I really want to stay out of the ER (and avoid stroke and all that) so I had someone bring me some Magnesium Citrate and took about 100 mgs with my meal. I chewed the tablet.

Well, it made me feel really relaxed and sleepy, less anxious for awhile, but it's having a laxative effect on me. I had diarrhea. My urine is clearer now and I've been feeling thirstier.

I'm concerned about the clearer urine. Maybe I dumped more minerals and now I'm even more depleted? My urine has been consistently a certain amount of clear, and now it's more. Maybe it's clearer because my body is now holding onto more minerals?

I don't know, but I'm gonna take another 100 mgs with my next meal in a minute and see what happens. Hopefully I start seeing progress by the end of the day. Man, I really strained myself yesterday. It didn't need to happen. Blah.

Got a bad headache suddenly coming on.
