As far as meditation, no, I haven't done it. I've avoided doing meditations for a couple of years now, because my mind is somewhat unstable sometimes. I have been trying to relax and let go of fear lately. That Buteyko breathing you're posting about seems really promising. It just seems very counter intuitive and I wonder how natural it is. Maybe the oxygen levels go up internally because the body recognizes a "famine" of air? I wonder what the consequences are long term. Certainly very interesting what you've been experiencing.
Still laying down...some improvement though. Eyes hurt and I got a mean headache now. Bleh.
