You are lucky - fasting raises my blood pressure. I can, however, lower it via eating only rice and raw fruits and veggies (close to fasting). I use a calcium citrate&magnesium supplement from Soloray in a 1:1 ratio plus 7000 mg Vitamin D / day to lower my bp 30 points but it will just go back up again in 4 hours if I do nothing. I have to use DHEA AND low salt to keep it down. And even then -- I recently got a UTI and it went through the roof -- that's when I discovered low fat, low protein, and low food (but some food - just not enough that I have to drink a lot) would lower it even with a UTI.
