LOL! It's that attitude that will get you well. I feel teh saem. I WILL be able to eat pizza oen day with no reactions.
As for what to next, it gets overwhelming. I've learned that I don't have to know the next 10 steps, but rather just the next step. That has helped a lot. There is so much to consider you can get to the point where you just don't know what to tackle now.
