Hello...Well, yes, your pulse goes above "normal" when your body has encountered what it interprets as an 'attack"...but you must check your pulse at rising, before a meal, after a meal, and many other times to determine what is normal for YOU.
For at least few days, you must eat all found SINGLY...no mixing. Eat small portions of your favorite foods each hour.
For example, the first thing I had was 2 organic oranges this morning...one hour later, I cooked up organic butternut squash...an hour later, I made a salad of organic greens and organic olive oil (okay, I cheated with the Olive Oil...but I'm Italian - If you told me I'm allergic to Olive Oil, I'd jump off a cliff!....had some Wild Alaskan salmon from a can....and just had organic sunflower seeds with
Sea Salt . Will have more oranges later and then I'm done eating for today.
Today I avoided nuts and apple cider vinegar and really feel a lot calmer and can breath better.
Please invest the time to at least skim each page of the book and learn his technique...it will be worth your time.
