Different things work for different people...All the stuff you tried that didn't work could be helpful to others...For example probiotics have been helping me alot as soon as I started to take them I lost most my "brain fog" and had more energy...Also some of my fatigue and my body aches(which made it almost impossible to get out of bed somedays) have drastically decreased! and am only about two weeks in to the plan! Of course I have radically improved my diet which of course I am sure has helped as well...still I felt the benefits of the probiotics before I completely started the diet! Also Garlic and Coconut Oil have been helping as well I can feel them working...
Adrenals might be an issue as well I am going to work on that...I am going to go get my fillings removed -- not just because I read on here about them being poisonus but because they are starting to disenegrate and I have had them for years...Porcelin ones make sense they won't discolor the teeth and look more natural...Also food allegies/sensitivities is definetely something I am going to look into! There are other things that may have been caused by candida or exist along with it that definetely aren't helping it and those need to be taken care of before you are "cured" What they could be well thats up to each individual to figure out and figure out what works best for them!
some people have had very positive results with the items listed and did get well enough to the point they can eat sugar...Obviously none of us are ever going to be able to go back to our unhealthy diets(who would want to) but I believe one day in the not so distant future I'll be able to snack on ice cream on a hot summers day or grab a pizza with friends...Of course after eating healthy for so long hopefully I will not want to eat those foods much regardless if I CAN or not!
