Really interesting. I've felt that this is an issue for awhile now. food intolerance creates a histamine reaction, this much everyone knows for sure.

I know that I have symptoms of high histamine, and high histamine containing food don't sit well with me.

I have read many times that cortisol is the main control of histamine in your body.

High levels of cortisol are obviously not good (as in the early stages of adrenal fatigue) and then eventually low levels (due to exhaustion) are worse - as in later stage of adrenal fatigue. -Maybe- that's why more and more sensitivities build up.

Food must have a part to play. I know corn, soy, dairy, and wheat also have a large protein molecule that is hard to digest and many people have a huge reaction to them.
Of course they are also the allergens we are fed constantly, since they are in everything processed.

Anyway, I know many, many people who have gotten better from different issues by avoiding foods for anywhere from 3-12 months and then slowly introducing them back...

I think this truly is important. Good to be talking about it.
