:) Mark my words I WILL be able to eat pizza one day without any negative side effects...Even if I have to stay on this crummy candida diet for a year and take millions different things do whatever is necessary...I am not going to be a slave to this! I am never going to go back to my crummy diet before thats for sure but I do want to be able to enjoy some "bad" foods on occasion...I am pretty sure I don't have celiac disease althought I probably have many food sensitivites due in large part to the candida... One thing at a time though I'll worry about clearing this first and then i'll tackle those! So many other things can be contributing to my issues as well...parasites, vitamin defencies, having amalgam fillings, etc... I don't know what to do sometimes! Tweet
