I forgot that also I am not a fan of my mercury fillings but I have done some research on that subject and many people are saying now that it is not a good idea to have them out at all. It releases tons of mercury into your body when you do something drastic like that. Even Dr. Mercola regrets that he did it. I read many accounts of people having worse health after plus it's expensive. I have a lot of fillings in my mouth and think I will be very cautious and do one tooth at a time as my fillings deteriorate.
