Could it be contaminated water or food?
Careful with natural water sources like side of the road fountains. Public recreational water can also be a problem. Contaminated pets etc...

Maybe you are getting recontaminated :o(
You probably already know this but I figure I mention it.

You never got one bit better from any of those meds?
