Re: Day 32 now juice fast.
Had enough being dizzy and nearly fainting walking around on water fast.Could be salt and resultant low blood pressure so whatever last night drank 8oz total over about three hours of almond milk think breeze is brand.It has salt in it ,potassium too I think .I got super hyper few hours after drinking it got only 3 hours sleep last night not great but feel actually much better today. This morning drank diluted 50/50 pina colada 100% juice and have had that now about three of our times in 8oz glasses. I am not trying to force down the juice but when feel thirsty just drink.Not drinking much water separately only glass or so but am as said going like 50/50 water juice.I also had a glass of clamato juice which has a lot of salt in it but which think my body needs right now.
I think this worked as have not been dizzy and faint today fact even walked thru mall which was starting to get scared to do for past week or so.
I won't sit in my house and fast for weeks on end ,have to be out and about would go stir crazy.
So now plan to finish out 40 days fast but the last 8 on juice.Then transition back to normal food. then stick with intermittent mostly likely eating once day warrior type or eat stop eat eating window don't sound as good to me.And of course try to eat healthy but may have occasional lapse. Exercising 5x week even thru the tough
Water Fasting and will start weights up 3x week likely as soon as start refeed. Maybe sooner as seem to have 10X the energy on juice as water which guess makes sense.
Sugar even fruit
Sugar and carbs definitely feed the furnace it seems hotter than fat does.Fat keeps us alive but don't seem to be rocket fuel more like normal gasoline!
So energy is better, feeling much better as said was really sick of that dizzy,fainting feeling and was worried would pass out and hurt myself or maybe pass out driving,etc.
So now feel can keep going and still drop a bit more weight before stop even if its half or so as fast as water.And can still maybe do a day or so of water here and there over next 8 days to get an extra pound or two down.
Will reweigh in day or so ,the added salt in the juice and if drink some more clamato..I know the clamato is not 100% juice but whatever.but the added salt in that and there is a lot may help my blood pressure come back up but could gain some water weight..whatever.
Since now taking juice don't need to take any additional vitamins,minerals or supplments since many juices at least store juices have potassium in them,some have some salt too.
I also may now stop green tea for awhile if my energy comes up. I can always take it here and there later on after fast.
I think the juice will keep me going like energizer bunny actually!
