Weight same as yesterday.Sometimes it sticks for day or two then falls again. Sometimes it fluctuates a bit from day to day again no big deal. But on border at 226.0 so should be 225 tommmorrow. Hoping for 220 day 30 ,210 day 40. Maybe get bit under depending how much aerobics do. I do treadmill 5x week and sometimes bike same day too or sometimes bike instead of treadmill. No weights at the moment.
For supplements taking two green tea caps for energy and to speed up fat burning twice a day They are equivalent to 1/2 cup of real green tea. For occasional taste have diet green tea of bit of crystal lite type of drink. Don't bother with
Sugar free gum. Some diet jello might be ok too but had it once. Was taking multivitamin most days but think will stop it for next few weeks. Not supposed to be needed so will stop it. Also took the odd potassium supplment every 5 days or so. Potassium shortages can be very bad.
I also believe in drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. I am not on the other
Water Fasting forum now since they have their own ideas of fasting that I do not fully share.
I blame most fasting weakness on lack of sufficient water and also cause of most dizzyness,lightheadedness.
Wife is on juice but cut down a lot on water and juice trying to keep up with my water only weight loss.
She got dizzy,fainted and fell at work ,hit head,back but not badly fortunately. I made her up her juice and water and she was fine same day.I also was getting lightheaded bit dizzy and upped my water and was pretty much instantly better. I do think some weakness happens in first few days as body switches over from glucogen to ketones in the fat for energy but also think lack of proper amounts of water is reason for lots of excess weakness and dizzy,fainting.

Some try to say these symptoms durning fast are from detox but why then did I have no problems for 20 days then dropped my water consumption down to drinking when thirsty on advice of some on here and then got faint and lightheaded! Then when upped it back up problem went away. They say it was detox.I say baloney it was simply dehyrdation.Simply look at your urine.If its dark yellow thats bad and usually smelly.With proper hydration urine is supposed to be light yellow or clear and pretty much odorless. Its a very quick useful test.If you drink when thirsty only often you will be pretty dehyrdated before you know it .And it don't take much for some unpleasant symptoms.
Dry fasting is very dangerous.But hey its your life.
Wife is fasting too now on juice. She was 199 start at 5ft 6 and is 188.6 today. Day 14 for her. She plans on going 30 or so I think.
